Practical experience is the foundation of all training. The Sto Foundation is therefore committed to promoting not only the theoretical skills, but also the practical skills of young architects and craftsmen. We initiate our own projects and support participation in external workshops or initiatives. What is important here is the focus on good cooperation, which also helps young people to progress on a personal level.
We differentiate the projects according to whether they only address engineering (gray), both (dark green) or only the skilled trades (light green).
